On June 28, the new environmental ambassadors will set off to their wild forest adventure. This year’s research topics are dedicated to the music of the forest, life in the dead wood and the secrets of the moths, among others. Walk for the Wild Series June 2018
Next week it is finally time again: our Walk for the Wild season begins. We start in Dresden on Monday, June 25; the day after in Mittweida and on Wednesday we round it all off in Leipzig. We are looking forward to three awesome days with thousands of diligent runners racing for the protection of the last preserved wilderness areas.

After a short night and lots of packing, we are sitting in a bus towards Mayo. Our driver, Travis, is a young Canadian who has bus-driving in his genes.
