Values

Respect

We believe that all life is precious and is to be cherished.  We humans are but a small strand in the complexity of life that exists on this planet. We understand that our future as a species is entirely dependent upon the very survival of nature itself and the unique richness of life that exists within it.

Honesty and Integrity

We understand that many individuals and organizations have placed their trust in us.  Our passion and willingness drive us to surpass the expectations placed upon us.  We strive to act responsibly and to work diligently to overcome all obstacles looking at them rather as a challenge with a determination to succeed.

Cooperation

We understand that our success as an organization is entirely dependent upon the unique talents, skills and expertise of many people from a variety of backgrounds. We both appreciate and respect the diversity that each individual brings.  We recognize that only through a commitment to function as a highly integrated team can we achieve our desired results and build for a better future.

Dynamic

We recognize that we must be both innovative and flexible in our endeavors.  It is important that we always search for unique and effective approaches while keeping informed of the latest research, policies and developments.  We are committed to continuously acquiring new skills and knowledge as well as looking to the wisdom preserved in the past to aid us in achieving our goals.

Determination

We are committed to be focused, tireless and unwavering in the pursuit of our goals.  We understand the need may arise to act quickly and decisively in response to a call for immediate action. In pursuit of these short-term objectives we remain committed to long-term goals.
